Zenitco B-10L Handguard Rail - CNC D16T Aluminum AK-Pattern Handguard

In short: the B-10L is a genuine Zenitco replacement handguard that installs in place of the factory handguard on the AK-pattern and AK-pattern civilia carbines. It is a single milled part with the Zenitco Bazis rail on three sides, so you can mount Bazis-compatible accessories directly onto the handguard - Picatinny brackets, sling swivels, hand stops, front grips, rail covers and cable clips. Machined from D16T aluminum; it weighs only about 90 g.

Overview

The B-10L replaces the factory lower handguard on AK-pattern carbines and civilia carbines built on that platform. It is milled from a single piece of D16T aluminum, and instead of fixed Picatinny it carries the Bazis guide on three sides.

That means accessories attach flat against the handguard, and Picatinny appears only where you add it: B-2 (45 mm), B-2L (34 mm), B-2M (15 mm) and B-2U (75 mm) rails, A-1L and A-2L sling swivels, the A-4 QD swivel mount, the RL-1 hand stop and the RK-0L, RK-1L, RK-2L and RK-4L front grips. The top of the receiver stays clear for the B-19, B-19N, B-22 or B-33 rails. Black or Desert.

Besides adding mounting real estate on three faces, the open Bazis design improves airflow around the barrel between the receiver and the gas tube, which helps cooling. A rigid, lightweight handguard also gives your optics and accessories a more stable, repeatable zero and more room to position them. The B-10L is machined as a single piece, so there is no play or flex once it is torqued to the factory seat.

Compatibility: installs on the standard handguard seat of the AK-pattern and AK-pattern civilia carbines. The three Bazis rails accept the B-2 (45 mm), B-2L (34 mm), B-2M (15 mm) and B-2U (75 mm) Picatinny brackets, A-1L / A-2L sling swivels, the A-4 QD-swivel bracket, the RL-1 hand stop, the RK-0L / RK-1L / RK-2L / RK-4L / RK-6L front grips, NPN-2 rail covers and FP-3 cable clips. It also accepts the over-receiver B-19, B-19N, B-22 and B-33 brackets. Note: the cleaning rod cannot be refitted in its factory position.
