B-30U Rail

B-30U Rail by Zenitco is a milled handguard rail made of durable D16T aluminum alloy with a protective black or desert color coating. It is specifically designed for AK rifles with stamped receivers, such as AK 103, 104, 105, 74M, 74S, AKMS, AKM and compatible platforms.

Not compatible with rifles that have milled receivers.

The B-30U rail features:

• One full-length Picatinny rail on the bottom;
• One compact side Picatinny rail;
• Two Basis rails on the sides for modular accessory attachment.

Basis rail allows installation of additional accessories including:

• Side Picatinny rails: B-2, B-2L, B-2U, B-2M;
• Slingmounts: A-1L, A-2L;
• Hand stoppers: RL-1;
• Grips: RK-0, RK-1, RK-2, RK-4, RK-6;
• Rail covers: NPN-2 (4 pcs recommended).

The B-30U rail is compatible with the following upper handguards: B-31, B-31S, B-31N. Note: B-31 is suitable only for AKs with long barrels (415 mm).

Installation Instructions:
1. Perform an incomplete disassembly of your rifle.
2. Remove the standard handguard.
3. Position the B-30U rail in place of the regular handguard.
4. Align the sling mount with the opening in the B-30U rail and place the handguard retainer in position.
5. Use a hammer and a spacer to gently drive the handguard retainer into place. Do not strike the rail directly and do not file the handguard!
6. The rail must fit very tightly for maximum accuracy and performance.
