B-30 Handguard

B-30 Rail by Zenitco is a milled handguard rail made of high-grade D16T aluminum alloy with black or desert color coating.

The B-30 rail is designed for AK series rifles with stamped receivers, including AK 103, 104, 105, 74S, 74M, AKM, AKMS, and rifles based on them. Note: Not compatible with AK rifles that have milled receivers.

This rail features three Picatinny rails for mounting tactical accessories such as grips, flashlights, laser designators, and combo devices. Additionally, it has a mini Basis rail underneath for mounting accessories compatible with the Basis system (e.g., RL-1 hand stopper, sold separately).

The B-30 is compatible with upper handguards B-31, B-31S, and B-31N. Note: B-31 is intended for use only with long-barrel AK rifles (415 mm).

Installation Instructions:
1. Perform an incomplete disassembly of your rifle.
2. Remove the standard handguard.
3. Position the B-30 rail in place of the regular handguard.
4. Align the sling mount with the opening in the B-30 rail and place the handguard retainer in position.
5. Using a hammer and a spacer, tap the handguard retainer into place. Do not file the handguard!
6. The fit should be extremely tight to ensure proper rigidity.
