Zenitco B-10LS Handguard Rail - Reinforced CNC D16T Aluminum AK-Pattern Handguard with Bazis Rails (Black & Desert)

Overview

The B-10LS is the reinforced member of the Zenitco B-10 handguard family. It is machined from a single billet of D16T aluminum alloy and drops into the place of the standard lower handguard on AK-pattern, -104, -105, -200, -205, -74M and -74S AK-pattern carbines and on Saiga-MK (versions 30 and 33), Saiga-MK 223 Rem. version 03, TG2, Vepr-K, Vepr-KM, VPO-209 and AK-pattern-366 Lancaster.

Instead of Picatinny sections the B-10LS forms a Bazis guide on three sides. Bazis keeps the profile slim and lets you bolt accessories straight onto the handguard: Picatinny adapters B-2, B-2L, B-2M and B-2U, sling swivels A-1L, A-2L and A-4, the RL-1 hand stop, front grips RK-0L, RK-1L, RK-2L, RK-4L and RK-6L, NPN-2 panels and FP-3 wire holders.

The open frame improves barrel cooling, and the rigid one-piece body keeps a mounted optic or light on zero. The B-10LS also serves as the base of the Sport-1S, Sport-4S and Leader-S kits, and accepts the B-19, B-19N, B-22 and B-33 upper rails. Note that the standard cleaning rod cannot be refitted in its original position.

Compared with the standard B-10L, the B-10LS has a reinforced lower rail for extra rigidity and a broader fitment across the AK-pattern family. Besides adding mounting real estate on three faces, the open Bazis design improves airflow around the barrel between the receiver and the gas tube, which helps cooling. A rigid, single-piece handguard also gives your optics and accessories a more stable, repeatable zero and more room to position them. It can also be used as the base of the Zenitco Sport-1S, Sport-4S and Leader-S kits.
