B-23L Rail by Zenitco

B-23L rail by Zenitco is an all-milled handguard made of D16T aluminum alloy with a durable black or desert color coating.

Designed specifically for installation on the regular place of the handguard of Saiga-308 modification 61. Note: This rail is not compatible with Saiga-308 variants where the handguard is attached by two screws. Compatibility is limited strictly to this modification only.

The B-23L handguard features mounting seats for B-2, B-2U, B-2L rails on three sides, providing flexibility for attaching additional accessories such as tactical flashlights, laser pointers, combined devices, bipods, as well as B-19RPK and B-22 rails.

Installation Instructions:

1. Disassemble the rifle partially and remove the standard handguard.
2. Install the B-23L rail in place of the standard handguard.
3. Ensure a very tight fit in the groove of the receiver by:
   • Putting the standard sling swivel washer on the B-23L rail,
   • Aligning the free end of the rail with the receiver slot,
   • Using a wooden or metal spacer over the washer and tapping the rail into place with a hammer,
   • Reassembling the weapon.
4. Do not file the rail during installation as this can result in backlash and reduce mounting rigidity, which may affect sighting accuracy.

Note: The rigidity of the handguard installation directly affects the stability and accuracy of mounted sighting devices.
