Overview
Second generation of the Ekventor, with more tools cut into the same flat blank. On the AR-pattern side there is a castle nut wrench for the stock tube and a 1/2 inch square hole so you can drive the tool with a torque wrench. On the AK-pattern side there is a slot that opens the gas tube lock and a puller for the gas tube handguard. In between sit a flat screwdriver blade - useful for optic turret adjustments as well as screws - a slot for unlocking the handguard latch, a 1/4 inch hex bit socket, and a hole at the end that both retains the ends of the recoil spring and takes a carabiner.
It is cut from steel and finished in four colours, with a paracord wrap in the middle so it does not slip when your hands are cold. Sixty grams, flat, and it hangs off a carabiner rather than living in a toolbox.
