In short: the Kajton screws onto the muzzle thread and takes an ordinary PET bottle on the back, so solvent and fouling run into the bottle instead of onto the bench, the floor or your hands.
Overview
Cleaning from the muzzle end usually means a rag under the barrel and a mess anyway. Kajton is a short duralumin adapter with two threads: the front matches your muzzle thread, the back is M28x2.5, which is the neck thread of a standard PET drinks bottle. Screw a bottle on, run the rod through, and everything that comes out of the bore ends up in the bottle.
A rubber seal at the bottle end keeps the joint tight, and the body is knurled so it turns easily with cold or wet hands. The adapter is machined from duralumin and anodised, so solvents do not attack it, and it weighs between 42 and 52 g depending on thread. Nine thread options cover most metric and imperial muzzle threads, and it is offered in black and red.
