Zenitco Sport-12 Handguard Kit - for AK-pattern / TR3
Overview
Sport-12 replaces the factory handguard on the AK-pattern and the TR3 carbines built on it. It is a two-part set - an upper and a lower bracket joined by a pin - rather than a single shell.
Six Bazis guides run around it, which is the most of any Zenitco handguard. A Bazis guide takes accessories directly - B-2, B-2L, B-2M and B-2U Picatinny sections, A-1L and A-2L sling swivels, RL-1 hand stops, RK-series L grips, NPN-2 guide covers and FP wire clips. Picatinny appears only where you add a B-2 section, which are sold separately.

The Sport-12 gives you six Bazis rails around the handguard for direct accessory mounting. For Picatinny equipment, add a separate B-2, B-2L, B-2M or B-2U bracket at any point on a Bazis rail. It installs in place of the factory handguard using the two brackets, an axle and four M5x7 screws (all included).
Every part is CNC-milled from D16T aluminum alloy with a protective coating. The kit weighs about 265 g and is 265 mm long, rated for a working temperature range of -50 to +50 C.
