Sport-12U Kit by Zenitco is a professional-grade modular handguard system specifically designed for AK-12 platform rifles. This upgraded version of the original Sport-12 features a lowered front platform for better integration with Zenitco's Perst combined devices and other front-mounted tactical accessories.

The kit provides six integrated Basis rails, enabling direct attachment of compatible equipment such as hand stoppers, sling mounts, wire holders, rail covers, and additional Picatinny rails like B-2 (45 mm), B-2U (75 mm), B-2L (34 mm), and B-2M (15 mm). For flashlights, the B-2 Leader rail is recommended (sold separately).

All components are precision-milled from high-strength D16T aluminum alloy and finished in black or desert anodized coating for durability in extreme conditions.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the regular handguard, gas tube cover, and muzzle brake.
2. Install the Sport-12U lower handguard:
   • Place rear part inside the receiver.
   • Align bayonet lug with internal groove, slide sling mount if needed.
   • Use a spacer and gently hammer handguard into the receiver.
   • Install hinge by inserting long part into hinge opening and reattaching screw.
3. Install the upper handguard and secure with 6 M5x7 screws.
4. Fix the dust cover latch and reinstall the muzzle brake.

Note: The rigidity of the system directly affects the stability of aiming devices and shooting accuracy.
