How much adjustment is there?
Adjustable stocks offer roughly 290 to 390 mm length of pull, up to 56 mm of cheek height and a movable recoil pad, all tool-free.

Yes. The AR adapter accepts standard Mil-Spec and Com-Spec AR stocks and adds QD sling points and a raised tube axis.
Do these stocks still fold?
Folding support depends on the model and adapter. Several adapters fold flat and lock to the side; check the product note for folding behavior.
