SAG AR Buttstock Adapter - CNC Aluminum (Mil-SPEC / Comm-SPEC)

Overview

The S20009 replaces the folding stock unit on a 5.5 mm rear trunnion and gives you a standard AR buffer-tube interface in its place. From there any AR-pattern stock you already own - Mil-SPEC or Comm-SPEC - goes straight on, so the ergonomics of the platform become a matter of which stock you choose rather than what the receiver was built to take.

The body is milled from a single billet of high-strength aluminum alloy. Two QD sling sockets are cut into the sides at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions, so a quick-detach sling swivel can be run from either shoulder without adding a separate sling adapter.

The tube axis sits 7 mm higher than the original stock axis. That lift is deliberate: it raises the comb line towards the height of an optic, which is where most owners of this platform are aiming from. Comm-SPEC tubes fit but sit slightly looser than Mil-SPEC ones, so a Mil-SPEC tube is the better match if you are buying new.
