In short: The quick-detach version of the 17-slot side-rail ACOG mount: same 1913 rail and 0 MOA geometry, mounted and removed by hand without tools.

Overview

The S20018 is the S20016 with a quick-detach lever in place of the screw clamp. The rail is the same - 17 slots of 1913-MIL-STD at 0 MOA, long enough to place a prism optic or ACOG at the eye relief the shooter actually wants - but the mount comes off the side rail by hand.

That matters if the optic has to come off for transport or storage, or if the same optic moves between platforms. The clamping tooth is steel and the lever tensions against it, so repeat mounting returns the optic close to its previous zero; a confirmation group after remounting is still worth operation.

The body is CNC-milled from high-strength aluminum alloy. It fits the standard side rail on platforms with a non-railed top cover, and requires no permanent modification.
