Overview
The S20167 is built around thermal optics. Fortuna and Arkon units bolt directly to the mount through two sets of holes, so the sight can be moved fore and aft to tune eye relief instead of being stuck wherever a generic rail puts it.
The 1913 rail is deliberately split into two blocks - four slots back at the eye and nine over the receiver, thirteen in total. The gap is where a thermal unit's body sits; the two blocks then remain usable for a red dot and magnifier, an LPVO, or a short prism optic when the thermal comes off.
The mount goes on and off the standard side rail by hand through a quick-detach lever, with a steel clamping tooth and steel lever carrying the load. The body is CNC-milled from high-strength aluminum alloy, and it fits platforms with a non-railed top cover without permanent modification.
