B-71 rail Joker-1 by Zenitco

B-71 rail Joker-1 by Zenitco is a precision-milled upper handguard designed for AR-15 carbines. Installed in place of the standard top handguard, it creates a solid Picatinny rail section (187 mm) for mounting optics, tactical lights, lasers, and other accessories.

The B-71 bracket is a one-piece construction made from D16T aluminum alloy with a durable black coating. It is lightweight, reliable, and improves both the functionality and heat dissipation of the weapon platform.

Installation instructions:

1. Disassemble the muzzle device, standard forend, gas block, and mounting nut.
2. Install the Zenitco fastening nut (remove the pre-locking ring first).
3. Install the lower handguard B-81 and secure the fixing nut.
4. Install the adjustable gas block and tighten screws through the openings in the B-81 bracket.
5. Align the B-81 bracket with the upper receiver to ensure seamless Picatinny rail continuity.
6. Lock the bracket tightly using the included key.
7. Slide the B-71 upper bracket into grooves on the B-81 and secure with four screws.
8. Attach accessories as needed.
