B-74 rail Joker-4 by Zenitco is a full-length upper handguard designed for AR-15 carbines. It replaces the factory top handguard and provides an extended Picatinny rail (368 mm) for mounting various tactical accessories.

The B-74 is a one-piece milled rail made from high-strength D16T aluminum alloy with a durable black coating. It is engineered for maximum rigidity, improved heat dissipation, and streamlined integration with lower brackets.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the muzzle device, stock forend, gas block, and mounting nut.
2. Install ZenitcoÂ’s proprietary fastening nut (remove pre-locking nut first).
3. Install lower handguard B-84 and secure the fixing nut.
4. Attach the adjustable gas block and tighten its screws via access points on B-84.
5. Align the lower handguard to the upper receiver for a seamless Picatinny rail line.
6. Lock the bracket firmly using the included hex key.
7. Mount the B-74 upper handguard onto B-84 and fasten with four screws.
8. Attach accessories as desired along the full-length top rail.
