B-70-0 rail Joker-0 by Zenitco

B-70-0 rail Joker-0 by Zenitco is a compact milled upper handguard bracket designed for carbines based on the AR-15 platform. Installed in place of the regular upper handguard, it forms a Picatinny rail section for mounting optics, lights, and other tactical equipment.

The B-70-0 rail is manufactured from high-grade D16T aluminum alloy and coated in black anodizing. Despite its small size, it delivers impressive rigidity, minimal weight, and full compatibility with Zenitco’s lower handguard B-80.

Installation instructions:

1. Remove the muzzle device, regular forend, gas block, and mounting nut.
2. Install Zenitco-made mounting nut after removing its pre-locking ring.
3. Install the lower handguard B-80 and then the fixing nut.
4. Install the adjustable gas block and tighten it using the openings in the B-80 handguard.
5. Slide the lower bracket tightly to the receiver, aligning the Picatinny rails.
6. Secure the lower bracket by tightening the fixing nut using the included wrench.
7. Install the B-70-0 upper bracket onto the B-80 and secure with four screws.
8. Attach accessories where convenient for the shooter.
