B-70-1 rail Joker-0 by Zenitco

B-70-1 rail Joker-0 by Zenitco is a compact upper handguard bracket designed for AR-15 carbines. Installed in place of the standard upper handguard, it forms a Picatinny rail section that enables the attachment of tactical accessories such as optics, lights, and lasers.

This bracket is a one-piece all-milled product made of high-grade D16T aluminum alloy with a durable black coating. Despite its compact size, the B-70-1 offers strength, minimal weight, and precise alignment with Zenitco’s lower handguard B-80.

Installation instructions:

1. Disassemble the muzzle device, standard forend, gas block, and mounting nut.
2. Install the Zenitco-manufactured fastening nut after removing its pre-locking ring.
3. Install the lower handguard B-80 and screw on the fixing nut.
4. Mount the adjustable gas block and secure it through the B-80 using the available openings.
5. Slide the B-80 bracket to align Picatinny rails with the upper receiver.
6. Tighten the fixing nut using the included key to lock the lower bracket.
7. Mount the B-70-1 upper bracket onto the B-80 and secure with four screws.
8. Attach accessories in preferred positions.
