B-73 rail Joker-3 by Zenitco

B-73 rail Joker-3 by Zenitco is a full-length upper handguard designed for AR-15 carbines. Replacing the original top handguard, it features a robust Picatinny rail (306 mm) for attaching a wide range of tactical accessories.

The B-73 is a one-piece milled product made from D16T aluminum alloy with a black protective coating. It provides high structural integrity, improves barrel cooling, and ensures accessory compatibility with minimal added weight.

Installation Instructions:

1. Dismantle the muzzle device, standard forend, gas block, and mounting nut.
2. Install the Zenitco fastening nut after removing the pre-locking nut.
3. Mount the lower handguard B-83 and secure the fixing nut.
4. Install the adjustable gas block and tighten its screws through the access holes in the B-83 bracket.
5. Align the lower bracket with the upper receiver for a continuous Picatinny rail profile.
6. Secure the bracket using the provided key.
7. Place the B-73 upper handguard on the lower bracket and fasten with four screws.
8. Install accessories as needed.
