Overview
The RP-4 is a milled D16T aluminum knob that clamps over the standard charging handle and makes it substantially bigger to grip.
That is the whole idea: the standard handle is a small stub that is awkward with gloves, in the cold or in a hurry. Enlarging it turns charging into a firm pull rather than a pinch, without changing anything inside the platform.
It is shaped for carbines built on the AK-pattern and finished in black or desert. Fitting is a matter of opening the knob, closing it around the standard handle and tightening the three screws. At 14 g it is the lightest knob in the range.

The RP-4 is a simple, rugged upgrade to the factory charging handle of compact short-barrel AK-pattern carbines. Its deeply ribbed cylindrical body slips over the standard reciprocating handle and is locked in place with two screws on the top face, giving a much larger and more positive purchase for cocking. This makes charging quicker and more comfortable during sport range use and training - particularly when wearing gloves or working in the cold.
A genuine Zenitco factory part machined from D16T aluminum alloy; it measures about 22 x 20 mm and weighs only about 14 g. Rated for a working temperature range of -50 to +50 C.
