Fit checkpoint: charging-handle shape determines compatibility. Do not transfer an RP-1 fit assumption to AKM or AKS-74U; those platforms use different handle geometry.

Installation
- Loosen both screws with the supplied hex key and remove the threaded inner insert from the outer shell.
- Carefully separate the two halves of the insert and place them around the compatible standard handle, with the central threaded opening facing forward.
- Fit the outer shell over the insert and align the screw holes.
- Install and tighten the central screw, then the rear screw. Verify secure retention before use.
