Overview
The RP-3 is a milled D16T aluminum knob that clamps over the standard charging handle and makes it substantially bigger to grip.
That is the whole idea: the standard handle is a small stub that is awkward with gloves, in the cold or in a hurry. Enlarging it turns charging into a firm pull rather than a pinch, without changing anything inside the platform.
It is shaped for the Vepr-12 (VPO-205) carbine and finished in black. Fitting takes the supplied hex key: back out the screws, separate the inner part from the outer shell, close both around the standard handle and tighten. Nothing is drilled and the knob comes off without traces.

The RP-3 is a simple, rugged upgrade to the factory charging handle of Vepr-pattern carbines. Its deeply ribbed cylindrical body slips over the standard reciprocating handle and is locked in place with screws, giving a much larger and more positive purchase for cocking. This makes charging quicker and more comfortable during sport range use and training - particularly when wearing gloves or working in the cold.
A genuine Zenitco factory part machined from D16T aluminum alloy; it measures about 27 x 20 mm and weighs only about 17 g. Rated for a working temperature range of -50 to +50 C.
