The RP-3 is a simple, rugged upgrade to the factory charging handle of Vepr-pattern carbines. Its deeply ribbed cylindrical body slips over the standard reciprocating handle and is locked in place with screws, giving a much larger and more positive purchase for cocking. This makes charging quicker and more comfortable during sport shooting and training - particularly when wearing gloves or working in the cold.
A genuine Zenitco factory part machined from D16T aluminum alloy; it measures about 27 x 20 mm and weighs only about 17 g. Rated for a working temperature range of -50 to +50 C.
Compatibility Note: Designed for Vepr-pattern carbines. It fits their standard reciprocating charging handle. Note: this is the Vepr version - for AK-pattern carbines order the RP-1, and for Saiga-9 / Vityaz-pattern 9mm carbines order the RP-2. Ships with a hex key, mounting screws and a manual.
