Overview
Comfort is built around one idea: room. It is a blanket bag cut to 240 x 95 cm, which is longer and wider than most, and it has a hood with a stiffened peak so you can cinch it down without the fabric collapsing onto your face. The lining is 100 percent cotton flannel, warm to the touch even before the bag heats up.
One Thinsulate layer at 360 g per square metre sets the temperature band: extreme -22 C, lower comfort -7 C, upper comfort -2 C, which covers spring and autumn and mild winter nights. The shell is microripstop Dewspo with a TPU 10000/10000 membrane - it breathes, keeps ground damp out, and will melt rather than ignite if a spark from the fire lands on it. It opens flat to 200 x 190 cm and packs to 60 x 29 x 29 cm at 2750 g.
