Overview
This is a hooded blanket bag rather than a cocoon, cut oversize at 240 x 95 cm so there is room to move and room for clothing layers inside. Insulation is Thinsulate at 600 g per square metre across two layers - the highest fill in the range - and the lining is 100 percent cotton flannel, which feels warm against the skin from the moment you get in rather than after ten minutes.
The shell is microripstop Dewspo with a TPU 10000/10000 membrane, so it sheds damp ground and condensation, breathes, and will melt rather than catch if a spark lands on it. Rated extreme -35 C, lower comfort -15 C and upper comfort -9 C. It weighs 3920 g on its own and 4030 g with the sack, and packs down to 63 x 35 x 35 cm.
