In short: the Sport-4 is a genuine Zenitco three-bracket handguard system that installs in place of the standard handguard on full-size AK-pattern carbines with a 415 mm barrel. It carries Bazis guide rails that let you form Picatinny sections on three sides for mounting accessories. You can attach Bazis-compatible gear directly on the handguard, or add Picatinny brackets anywhere along a rail. Machined from D16T aluminum in black, desert or golden khaki.

The Sport-4 kit is built from three brackets - the B-10L handguard, the DL-2 v2.0 rail and the B-31LV top bracket over the gas tube - locked together with a Sport-4 tie-bar and Leader stop and hook for maximum rigidity. The Bazis rails let you attach accessories straight to the handguard, and for Picatinny equipment you add a separate B-2, B-2L or B-2U bracket, or an A-1L sling swivel, at any point on a Bazis rail.

Every part is CNC-milled from D16T aluminum alloy with a protective coating. The kit weighs about 336 g and is 295 mm long, rated for a working temperature range of -50 to +50 C, with a 60-month warranty. It ships with the B-10L handguard, the DL-2 v2.0 rail, the B-31LV top bracket, a Sport-4 tie-bar, two cam clamps, one M5x9 and ten M5x7 screws, plus a Leader stop and Leader hook.

Compatibility Note: Designed for full-size AK-pattern carbines with a 415 mm barrel - including AK-103, AK-101, Saiga MK (223 Rem / 7.62x39 / 5.45), TG-2, Vepr-K (VPO-133), Vepr-KM (VPO-136), VPO-209 and AK-366 Lancaster. Important: it does NOT fit short-barrel AK-pattern carbines (314-350 mm) - for those use the Sport-1 kit. With this kit installed, the cleaning rod cannot be carried in its original position.
