Overview
Sport-4 replaces the factory handguard on full-size AK-pattern carbines with a 415 mm barrel. It is a kit rather than a single part: the B-10L lower handguard, the B-31LV rail over the gas tube and the DL-2 V.2.0 extension insert, tied together by the Sport-4 tie bar and two cam clamps.
A Bazis guide runs along the top and takes the B-2, B-2L, B-2U and A-1L rails, which form Picatinny on three sides for optics, lights and accessories. The Leader hand stopper and hook are already in the box. It fits AK-pattern carbines and civilia carbines built on that platform, including Saiga MK, TG-2, Vepr-K, VPO-209 and AK-pattern-366 Lancaster, and is not compatible with short-barrel versions.

The Sport-4 kit is built from three brackets - the B-10L handguard, the DL-2 v2.0 rail and the B-31LV top bracket over the gas tube - locked together with a Sport-4 tie-bar and Leader stop and hook for maximum rigidity. The Bazis rails let you attach accessories straight to the handguard, and for Picatinny equipment you add a separate B-2, B-2L or B-2U bracket, or an A-1L sling swivel, at any point on a Bazis rail.
Every part is CNC-milled from D16T aluminum alloy with a protective coating. The kit weighs about 336 g and is 295 mm long, rated for a working temperature range of -50 to +50 C, with a 60-month warranty. It ships with the B-10L handguard, the DL-2 v2.0 rail, the B-31LV top bracket, a Sport-4 tie-bar, two cam clamps, one M5x9 and ten M5x7 screws, plus a Leader stop and Leader hook.
