In short: the Stich Profi 18763-083 is a pair of 80 mm quick-release buckles for wider webbing, dropping a mounted load in one pull. The 40 mm version is here, and both work with the Melnitsa adapter.
Overview
Each buckle is a two-part moulding: the upper half stays on the belt or panel, the lower half carries the drop leg. Pulling the release tab separates them under load, which is what lets a leg rig come off without unthreading anything.
At 80 mm the buckle spans wider webbing and carries a heavier load without twisting. Closing is a straight push until the catch clicks - blind, one-handed, with gloves on.
