In short: the Stich Profi 18765-084 is a pair of 40 mm quick-release buckles that let a lowered pouch or holster be dropped from its mount in one pull. The 80 mm version of the same system is here, and both work with the Melnitsa adapter.
Overview
Each buckle is a two-part moulding: the upper half stays on the belt or panel, the lower half carries the drop leg. Pulling the release tab separates them under load, which is what lets a leg rig come off without unthreading anything.
Closing is a straight push until the catch clicks - it can be done blind, one-handed, with gloves on. Supplied as a pair, which is what one drop leg needs.
