In short: the Stich Profi 23674-0344 is a rotating quick-release adapter that lets a pouch or holster come off a MOLLE panel in one motion and swivel while mounted. It works with the FAST DROP drop systems on the same panels.
Overview
The adapter is two moulded plates on a central boss: the lower plate stays woven into the panel, the upper carries the load and twists off the boss when you lift it. That gives both a rotating mount and a release, which normally takes two separate parts.
The boss detent holds the chosen angle without a screw, so the cant can be changed mid-course and will not creep under recoil or movement. The polymer is chosen to stay flexible in cold rather than becoming brittle.
