Compatibility checkpoint
This kit replaces the standard handguard assembly on the AR-15 platform. It is not compatible with V-AR. Type A uses the included BN-1 mounting base and RGB-2 for a 0.750-inch interface. RGB-2 is compatible only with a straight gas tube. Confirm these physical requirements before ordering.
Accessory interfaces
B-72 forms the top Picatinny rail. B-82 provides Bazis guides on three sides for B-2, B-2L, B-2M and B-2U Picatinny sections, A-1L/A-2L sling mounts, RL-1, RK-0L/RK-1L/RK-2L/RK-4L/RK-6L grips, NPN-2 covers and FP-3 cable retainers.

Installation note
The documented sequence installs BN-1, positions B-82 and RGB-2 with the supplied tool, then seats B-72 in the B-82 grooves and secures the upper with six screws. RGB-2 is compatible only with a straight gas tube. Key No. 1 may assist servicing but is not included.
