Joker-1 kit type A by Zenitco is a modular handguard upgrade system for AR-15-based rifles, providing enhanced customization and accessory integration through its Picatinny and Basis rails. The kit includes upper and lower handguards, a titanium barrel nut, adjustable gas block, slingmount, stoppers, and additional mounting hardware.

Installation Instructions:

1. Remove the standard muzzle device, handguard, gas block, and barrel nut.
2. Unscrew BN-1 barrel nut, separating it into mounting and fixation nuts. Tighten the mounting nut onto the barrel.
3. Install the B-81 lower rail and screw on the fixation nut. Tighten with the included Joker key.
4. Install RGB-2 adjustable gas block:
   • Insert a straight gas tube into the gas block
   • Mount RGB-2 on the barrel
   • Use the positioning device to align the gas outlet with the barrel inlet and tighten screws
   • Remove the positioning device
5. Slide the B-71 upper rail onto the B-81 rail and secure it with four screws.
6. Install A-2L slingmount, RL-1 hand stopper, B-2L rail, and NPN-2 covers as needed.

Optional: Use Key Rod №1 (sold separately) for convenient maintenance.
