Overview
The DTK-2V is the brake cut for the Vityaz-SN and Saiga-9 carbines, on a 16x1 thread. It reduces felt recoil and works against muzzle rise.
Machined from 20X13 steel, 142 g, 34 x 55 mm. A lock washer is supplied with it.
The muzzle brake-compensator redirects propellant gases through side ports to counter recoil and muzzle climb. It threads directly onto the muzzle (16x1 thread) and locks in place with the supplied lock washer. Machined from corrosion-resistant 20Kh13 steel for durability under sustained use.
