Overview

The DL Leader is the forward extension of the Zenitco Leader handguard kit. It is milled from a single billet of D16T aluminum alloy and finished in black, desert or golden khaki.

It bolts to the B-31 Leader upper rail and carries the handguard assembly forward over the gas block, so the mounting line continues past the point where a standard handguard stops.

Bazis guides on the extension take B-2 (45 mm), B-2L (35 mm) and B-2U (75 mm) Picatinny adapters, A-1L and A-2L sling swivels, the RL-1 hand stop and NPN-2 panels. At 65 g it adds mounting length without changing the balance of the carbine.
