In short: a CNC-aluminum add-on rail that mounts on the B-31U/RPK upper rail to extend your Sport-5U or Sport-8U build with Basis mounting on several sides.

Overview

The DL-5 is the long forward extension used in the Zenitco Sport-5U and Sport-8U kits. It is milled from a single billet of D16T aluminum alloy in black or desert.

It is installed together with the B-20L or B-23L handguard and the B-31U/RPK upper rail. At 165 mm it is the longest extension in the family, which is what makes the U (extended) versions of those kits possible.

Bazis seats on the extension take the full range of Bazis-compatible accessories. Two Tie Bar-2 side plates and four M5x9 screws are supplied: the plates go on the bottom and the right side, while the shorter M5x7 screws from the B-31U/RPK kit are used at the remaining joints.

The Zenitco DL-5 is a precision-milled additional attachment rail made of high-grade D16T aluminum alloy. It works with the B-20L, B-23L and B-31U/RPK rails as part of the Sport-5U (B-20L) and Sport-8U (B-23L) kits, adding Basis mounting on multiple sides for accessories.

Mount Basis-compatible side accessories - side Picatinny rails, sling mounts, hand stops and covers. The two included Side Bars "Sport-4" add rigidity where the DL-5 joins the upper rail. For the standard-length build, see the DL-4.

Compatibility Note: Works with the B-20L, B-23L and B-31U/RPK rails - part of the Sport-5U (B-20L) and Sport-8U (B-23L) kits. Available in Black and Desert. Fit the handguard and upper handguard first, then mount the DL-5 with the included M5x9 screws.
