Overview
The B-51 DShK is a precision-machined bracket made for the receiver cover of the Degtyarev-Shpagin large-format platform. It turns a surface that was never meant to carry an optic into a proper mounting base.
It is milled from a single billet of D16T aluminum alloy and finished with a durable black protective coating. The monolithic construction is the point: there are no joints to work loose, so the bracket keeps its alignment under the sustained vibration this platform produces.
Once installed it gives a stable platform for modern optics, night devices and compatible accessories, without altering the classic architecture of the platform underneath.
