Overview
A D-ring needs a carabiner. This one skips that: the wrap ends in the female half of a side-release buckle cut for 30 mm webbing, so a sling carrying the male half clips straight in. Push the tabs and it drops off - useful when a sling has to come away fast, and useful when the same sling moves between several setups.
Fitting is the same as the rest of the wrap family: wrap the band round a tube, a rail or a stock neck, pull the tail through the cam buckle, done. Nothing is drilled. The whole thing weighs 40 g and comes in black, green and coyote.
