SMA Bakanovi - 30 g Between the Stud and the Bipod
A low-profile adapter for bipods that expect a KeyMod or M-LOK interface.
In short: Screws onto a sling swivel stud and presents a short KeyMod or M-LOK section, so a modern bipod foot has something to clamp. 30 g, sits almost flush.
Overview
Plenty of bipods now come with a KeyMod or M-LOK foot and no stud adapter. If the forend has a swivel stud and nothing else, the bipod does not fit.
The Bakanovi bridges that: it bolts to the stud and gives a short run of the interface the bipod wants. The body is cut low so the bipod sits close to the forend instead of standing off it.
Two versions are offered - KeyMod and M-LOK. Choose the one that matches the bipod foot, not the forend.
