Remora - A Kydex Pouch That Sticks Where You Put It
90 x 30 x 80 mm, 45 g, held by a hook-and-loop panel instead of belt hardware.
In short: A moulded Kydex magazine pouch on a loop-backed panel. It presses onto the lining of a bag, holds the magazine at a fixed angle, and comes off when you want it somewhere else.
Overview
A magazine loose in a bag ends up at the bottom, under everything, in the wrong orientation. A belt pouch solves that on a belt and does nothing inside a bag.
The Remora is moulded Kydex on a hook-and-loop backing panel. Press it against the loop lining of a bag and it stays where you put it - at the height and angle you chose - yet peels off in a second when the layout changes.
Retention is adjustable: an elastic cord through the body sets how hard the magazine is held, from a firm click to a light hold. Steel screws, 2 mm Kydex, 45 g.

Will it hold on any bag?
It needs a loop-lined panel. Smooth nylon will not hold it.
How strong is the hold?
Strong enough that pulling the magazine out does not lift the pouch. It peels off deliberately, from a corner.
Can I adjust retention?
Yes - the elastic cord through the body sets how tightly the magazine is held.
Does it fit my magazine?
Pick the matching model. The Kydex is moulded to a specific magazine profile.
Can it go on a belt?
It is designed for a loop panel. On a belt you would need a separate loop-faced platform.
