Overview
The pouch is cut so a pair of cuffs sits flat rather than on edge, keeping the profile close to the belt. A hook-and-loop flap with a pull tab opens quietly and one-handed, and the flap is long enough to stay closed when the wearer is prone.
The body is stiffened just enough to hold its shape when empty, so the cuffs go back in without a second hand to hold the mouth open. Drain holes at the base clear water.
