Overview
The bladder is the part of a hydration system that actually wears out: seams, the bite valve and the fill opening all take the abuse while the pack sleeve lasts forever. Replacing the reservoir alone is far cheaper than replacing the system, and most packs come with the sleeve and routing port already built in.
Three litres is the standard field capacity - a full day in cool weather, most of one in heat. It fits the routing ports on the Stich Profi packs and on any pack cut for a standard reservoir.
