Overview
The DTK-1L is the 7.62 mm member of the DTK family, made for AK-pattern carbines in 7.62 x 39 and for RPK-pattern platforms. Ports vent gas outward to cut felt recoil while the upper geometry works against muzzle rise, so the sight picture settles faster between shots.
The crown carries a toothed profile, intended both as a hard stop and for breaking tempered glass. It weighs 137 g and measures 32 x 80 mm. Against the DTK-1, this is the longer and heavier 7.62 version, so check caliber and thread before ordering.
The DTK-1L is a milled stainless steel muzzle device with an extended body, multiple side ports and top ports. By venting gas sideways and up over a longer surface, it reduces rearward recoil and limits muzzle rise, so the platform stays steadier and returns to target faster. It weighs about 137 g.
