In short: the Zenitco B-5VU is the extended version of the B-5 riser. It clamps onto a Picatinny rail and provides a longer Picatinny rail higher up, leaving a see-through optical channel between the two levels. The longer top rail suits larger optics and thermal units; the V2.0 version uses a quick-detach lever for tool-free mounting with a repeatable return to zero.
Compatibility: mounts on any standard Picatinny rail and accepts any Picatinny-footprint optic, red-dot platform, thermal or accessory on its raised rail. The open channel underneath keeps a lower optic or backup sights visible through the riser.
