Zenitco Vzor-2 Red Dot Sight (Multi-Vizor)

Genuine Zenitco | 1x collimator red-dot with integrated green + IR aiming module | NVG-compatible | 243 g
In short: the Zenitco Vzor-2 is a 1x red-dot collimator sight with an integrated green (520 nm) and IR (850 nm) aiming module. The red reticle offers a 1 MOA dot and a 34 MOA circle in three selectable forms with 10 brightness levels, it is NVG-compatible and submersible to 10 m, and it runs on a single CR123A cell.

Overview

The Vzor-2 combines a 1x red dot with green and infrared aiming modules in one housing, so illumination-free aiming by day and aiming under night vision both come from the same unit and the same mount.

Because the module and the sight share a body, the Vzor-2 uses its own integrated mount rather than the PV and PB platforms used by the rest of the Vzor line.

Compatibility Note: uses its own integrated mount - the PV series and PB-1 platforms are for the other Vzor sights. The aiming module beam must never be directed at anyone's eyes, directly or by mirror reflection.

Overview

The Vzor-2 (Multi-Vizor) combines a parallax-free 1x red-dot collimator with a built-in aiming module in one milled D16T aluminum housing. The reticle can be set to a dot, a circle, or a dot inside a circle, adjusted across 10 brightness levels, and zeroed in 1 MOA clicks - so a single sight covers close-quarters speed and more precise aiming.

Alongside the optical channel, an integrated 20 mW green visible aiming module and a 20 mW 850 nm IR aiming module provide aiming and target marking, the latter for use with night vision. The sight mounts on a Picatinny rail, ships with a KV-D2 remote pressure switch for the aiming module, and is rated for submersion to 10 m and operation from -30 to +50 °C.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Vzor-2 a red dot sight or an aiming module?
It is both - a 1x red-dot collimator sight with an integrated aiming module unit. The reticle projects a red dot and/or circle, while a built-in green (520 nm) visible aiming module and an 850 nm IR aiming module provide aiming and target designation.
Can it be used with night vision?
Yes - the Vzor-2 is NVG-compatible, and the 850 nm IR aiming module is intended for use with night-vision devices.
What battery does it use and how long does it last?
A single CR123A 3 V cell. In dot mode at medium brightness with the aiming module off it runs up to 5 years; with the dot-and-circle reticle at maximum brightness and the aiming module on, about 10 hours.
Why does it not use the PV platforms?
Because the sight and the aiming modules share one housing with its own mount built in. The PV and PB platforms are for the standalone sights.
What does the infrared module add?
Aiming under night vision, where a visible beam would be useless. The green module covers daylight.
Is this a genuine Zenitco product?
Yes - it is an original Zenitco Vzor-2 (Multi-Vizor) with guaranteed US delivery.
