Overview
A retention lanyard does one job and does it invisibly until the day it matters: it keeps the item attached to you if it slips out of the holster or out of your hand. The coiled construction is what makes that practical - it stays short and out of the way in normal carry and extends when it needs to, instead of hanging in a loop that snags on everything.
It attaches to any belt up to 50 mm wide, which covers everything from a trouser belt to a wide duty belt, and to any model with a lanyard attachment point. The loop at the belt end makes attaching and detaching quick without threading.
