Overview
The waist adjusts on two hook-and-loop tabs, so the trousers hold their position with or without a belt - which matters when a loaded belt is worn over them. Pocket volume is generous without standing off the leg, and a dedicated slot takes a knife or a torch without blocking access to the main pocket behind it.
A simple height adjuster for the knee pad sits inside the front thigh pocket, so the pad can be set once for the wearer and then left alone rather than migrating down the shin over a day. This is the ver.2 build of the City pattern.
