Overview
The mount clamps to the belt and locks; no threading, no removing the belt, nothing to unscrew. That is the point of a Tek Lok pattern - the holster can be moved between belts, or taken off entirely, in the time it takes to open two clamps.
The toothed adjuster is cut to the Alfa and Fox pattern, so the holster angle relative to the mount is set in fixed steps and stays where it is put. A pressure plate holds the assembly closed under load.
