In short: the Stich Profi 43031-0819 is the off-side hanger that mounts two carriers on the right of a Stich Profi shoulder rig. It balances the rig by putting weight on the side opposite the holster.
Overview
A shoulder rig carries all its weight on one side unless something is hung opposite it. This hanger clips to the right-hand strap and takes two carriers, which both evens out the load across the shoulders and puts a reload where the off hand naturally reaches.
The belt anchor uses a directional snap: it opens and closes in one direction only, so the weight of a loaded carrier cannot work it open on its own. Closing is the reverse motion. The part number is art. 3031 in the Stich Profi range.
