Overview

The S20221 is SAG's AR-standard replacement grip. It uses the AR grip mounting pattern, which means it drops onto anything built around that pattern - an AR-pattern carbine, or a platform converted to an AR grip base by a chassis or a grip adapter.

Replacing a grip is the cheapest change that alters how a carbine feels in the hand, and it is one of the few upgrades that needs a single screw and no fitting. The grip angle and the palm swell decide where the wrist sits, which decides whether the trigger finger reaches the trigger the same way every time.
