Adjustments and operation
The telescopic mechanism offers a 265–317 mm length range. The cheek support adjusts from 105 to 140 mm and, in its lowest position, preserves access to the original sight line. The assembly can fold and lock alongside the receiver at any telescopic or cheek setting. A side dovetail does not obstruct folding.

Installation
Remove the original rear assembly and hinge axis according to its service instructions, select the preferred included rear-pad overlay, place PT-3S Vepr on the original hinge and reinstall the original axis. Keep the moving telescopic surfaces clean during routine care.
