Overview
The Tempest uses a Nomex knit shell that self-extinguishes rather than melting, with a Kevlar-stitched goatskin palm that keeps dexterity high while resisting abrasion. The fingertips are thin enough to work a zip, a strap buckle or a touchscreen.
The cuff is a wide elastic band with no bulky closure, so the glove pulls on fast and sits flat under a sleeve. Seams are placed off the gripping surfaces to avoid hot spots during long wear.
