Zenitco K-2 Cleaning Mat - Vulcanized Rubber Maintenance Mat
Medium | 900 x 500 mm x 3 mm | Oil- and Solvent-Resistant Rubber | Genuine Zenitco
In short: The Zenitco K-2 is a medium 900 x 500 mm vulcanized-rubber maintenance mat - an oil- and solvent-resistant work surface for cleaning and assembly that protects your bench and catches small parts.
The Zenitco K-2 cleaning mat gives you a durable, chemical-resistant surface for field-stripping, cleaning, lubricating and reassembling your platform, optics and gear. The soft rubber protects finishes, keeps screws and pins from rolling away, and shields your bench from oils and solvents.
Made from vulcanized oil-, solvent- and alkali-resistant rubber (GOST 7338-90 TMKShch), it lies flat, stays put on the bench, and rolls up for storage between sessions. It is the medium mat in the range - a compact Zenitco K-1 (small) and the larger Zenitco K-3 (large) are also available.
- Oil-, solvent- and alkali-resistant vulcanized rubber
- Protects your bench and parts during cleaning and assembly
- Non-slip surface keeps the mat and your parts in place
- Soft surface guards finishes and catches small screws and pins
- Rolls up for easy storage and transport

Frequently Asked Questions
Overview
The K-2 is a maintenance mat cut from vulcanized TMKShch rubber to GOST 7338-90. It resists solvents, oils and aggressive cleaning chemistry, and does not absorb them - what you spill stays on the surface instead of soaking into the mat.
At 900 x 500 mm the K-2 is the middle mat of the three - long enough for a stripped carbine and its parts without taking over the whole bench.
The 3 mm rubber sheet lies flat, does not curl at the edges and stops small parts and springs from rolling off the bench. Each mat ships wrapped in kraft paper closed with a wax seal.
