Kit – Hort Forend for Saiga-9 250 mm by Armacon

Purpose:
The Hort forend for Saiga-9 carbines is a compact version of the full-size Armacon Hort series, adapted for civilian carbines and compatible with the Vityaz submachine gun. It enhances weapon ergonomics and improves handling during dynamic shooting. The minimalist design provides both functional modularity and comfort during long-term use, even in cold weather.

The handguard features nine M-LOK slots for attaching accessories such as grips, tactical lights, or rail extensions. Its unique geometry ensures a secure and natural grip. The barrel remains free-floating, as the forend mounts directly into the receiver via a barrel nut, not touching the barrel itself. The product includes cutouts for preserving standard fittings and QD sling swivel sockets on both sides.

Installation:
Quick and intuitive installation: simply remove the standard handguard, remove the locking sleeve from the new Hort forend, insert it into the receiver, and mount it in place. Thread-locking agent is recommended for all bolt connections.
